Our chef Lalabhai has got more than 40 years of experience in the culinary industry. He insists on using fresh ingredients and simple flavours. He makes his own masalas, fresh every day! He is a veteran entrepreneur with numerous restaurants in Anand, Gujarat including JK Resort (Kathiyawadi village style resort) and JK Park (Punjabi restaurant). His passion for serving the best and most authentic food is our biggest inspiration and Lala’s Kitchen is his newest venture to share his love and passion for food with Melbournians
